3. Account Registration and Security

Infiwrite's platform is designed to deploy on your cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You are responsible for:

  • Providing and maintaining the necessary cloud infrastructure
  • All cloud provider costs, including compute, storage, and networking
  • Ensuring your infrastructure meets the minimum requirements for deployment
  • Managing access controls and security configurations on your infrastructure

4.2 Software Licensing

We provide software licenses for the Infiwrite platform. The software remains our intellectual property, and you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as specified in your subscription agreement.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data, including but not limited to:

  • Source code and technical documentation
  • Product roadmaps and competitive intelligence
  • Customer data and business information
  • Generated documentation and derivative works

5.2 Data Processing

Because Infiwrite deploys on your infrastructure, your data never leaves your control or infrastructure. We do not have access to your proprietary data unless you explicitly grant access for support purposes.

5.3 Aggregated Data

We may collect and analyze aggregated, anonymized usage statistics to improve the Service, provided such data cannot be used to identify you or your confidential information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFIWRITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data or infrastructure
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • Any reliance placed on documentation generated by the Service
  • Interruption or cessation of the Service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infiwrite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
